I Started This Company to Build a Better Life for My Family
I’m James Hartness, and I founded Hartness Glass in 2024 because I wanted something more than a low hourly wage. I knew the glass trade inside and out, so I bet on myself — and I haven’t looked back.
That decision wasn’t just about business. It was about building a future for my family on my own terms. That personal stake shows up in every job we take on. When your name is on the truck, you don’t cut corners.
